Registration

By registering on Anykast, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The platform stores user-provided data to operate its tools and file-sharing services. While registration is not currently restricted, accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted.

Account Deletion

Account deletion requests should be sent to support@anykast.com. After verification, all user data, including shared files and associated metadata, will be permanently erased from our servers within 7 days of confirmation. We may retain data if required for legal or security compliance.

Payments

The service currently offers no refunds for paid plans. Cancellations may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, subject to company discretion.

Uptime & Stability

Anykast targets 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance and security updates. Anykast bears no responsibility for damages resulting from service interruptions.

Pricing

Purchased plans are non-refundable. Payments cover currently available features and services. Future feature updates or beta functionalities are not guaranteed.

Abuse & Misuse

Accounts engaged in abuse, unauthorized access, or service disruption may be suspended or permanently deleted without prior notice.

Modifications

Anykast reserves the right to update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
